Happy Memorial Day, All.  We started the day with red, white and blue smoothies for breakfast.  Bike apparel is poppies for Jaine, and for John, Air Force jersey in the morning, and Marine jersey in the afternoon.  We peddled along the American River in Sacramento.  What a beautiful bike trail!  We ended the day near Folsom CA.
