Two New Programs!

Today I am going to institute 2 new programs for this trip.

The first one is a weight monitoring program.  I will weigh myself every morning and evening and record my weight on my blog.  I want to see if riding a bike every day will make one lose weight.  Yesterday I weighed 191.4 lbs.  Last night I weighed 185.7 and this morning I weighed  188.2 lbs.

 

 

The second program will be the FREE T SHIRT PROGRAM.  If anyone happens to meet either Jaine or I along our trip across America and says to us:  "Hey, you're the Pearl Island America guy!" or "Hey, you're the Pearl Island America girl!"  you automatically get a free T Shirt from us!
